SalaryBoyd Law is a full-service litigation firm that is seeking a positive and compassionate full-time Front Office staff member.
In this role, you will take control of the front-end client experience by being the firm’s first point of contact. This position will handle important administrative duties related to the direct attorney and staff support, customer service, and client retention. We need an individual who is a team player, has excellent administrative and communication skills, and brings energy, positivity, and a “can-do” attitude to work daily.

Qualifications:
-Law Firm experience is a must
-Contributes to team effort when required
- Operates telephone, answers and transfers calls to appropriate team
- Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers
- Handles outgoing mails; sorts and distributes incoming mails
- Responsible for placing outgoing calls and conference calls as needed
- Responsible for basic data entry
- Maintains and stocks basic office supplies
- Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations in the reception area.
Education: Individuals require a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED to work as a front desk receptionist
