Fabiola De Armas P.A. is a Latina owned law firm based in Miami, FL. My goal is to provide a personal/comfortable approach to end-of-life planning.
I need someone who can work part-time around 8-12 hours a week. The ideal applicant does not have a full-time job. I work Sunday-Friday most weeks and would need someone to do minimal work on Sundays on a need-basis. I prefer the applicant to be located in Miami-Dade County.
I am looking for a friendly and organized individual who can send emails/texts and make calls in English and Spanish (must be fluent in writing, speaking, and reading) to schedule appointments, send engagement agreements, request missing information, and correspond with clients.
Pay range: $12 per hour (after the first 6-month period, hourly rate increase)
Payments will be paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th/31st of the month
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling clients
- Staying on top of the estate planning process
- Collaborating with the drafting assistant
- E-filing documents
- Inputting legal insurance information
- Preparing and sending engagement agreements for signatures
- Assisting with maintaining attorney-client privilege
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling home-visits, providing call updates to clients, and monitoring deadlines
