We currently have a career opportunity for a Recruiter in the EWA Region. This position is based out of our Spokane office and will oversee all hiring needs in EASTERN Washington. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for growth and stability within a company.
Job Skills / RequirementsResponsibilities:
+ Maintain constant communication with management regarding recruiting needs, open positions, and providing regular updates
+ Review resumes and qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for the position
+ Pre-Screen applicants over the phone and conduct in person interviews
+ Source applicants through various methods including veteran programs, colleges, and career fairs
+ Communicate with applicants about the position and company
+ Manage applicant tracking system and all on-boarding needs of new hires
+ Verify References
+ Organize and conduct new hire paperwork including all licensing paperwork
+ Work closely with the HR Manager to help make recruiting more efficient
+ Additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:
+ Prior security, law enforcement or military experience required
+ Prior recruitment experience preferred
+ Be able to pass a background check
+ Be able to pass a UA drug test including THC
+ Must have a HS Diploma or GED equivalent
+ Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
+ Have the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
+ Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedures
+ Mental alertness and attention to detail required while being able to prioritize and follow-up on tasks
+ Excellent computer skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel as organization
+ Be able to maintain confidentiality
+ Must be adaptable to a flexible working schedule
