Position Overview:

As the Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process for our single-family residential properties. The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in leasing, marketing, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities:

• Leasing Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about rental trends and competitors.

• Marketing and Advertising:
• Create and execute marketing plans to attract and retain tenants.
• Develop and maintain online and offline advertising channels.

• Property Showings:
• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule open houses and property tours.

• Tenant Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests related to leasing.
• Foster positive tenant relationships to enhance overall tenant satisfaction.

• Reporting:
• Provide regular leasing reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Utilize data to make informed recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in leasing management, preferably in single-family housing.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
