Job Description
Prominent commercial real estate company located in Midtown Atlanta seeks to hire for a newly created role, Leasing Inventory Specialist. You will be responsible for maintaining data, promotional, and collateral materials of Leasing Inventory for the Company's commercial real estate portfolio. You will act as the common thread of information across asset classes, between brokers, and across various mediums. Internally, the Leasing Inventory Specialist interfaces with all members of the Leasing Team, Marketing Department, Property Management, Planning and Construction, and Company Officers as needed. Outside of the company the Leasing Inventory Specialist will manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Digital Property Inventory
- Maintain inventory information and accuracy on VTS (View The Space) / Property Capsule
- Creation and accuracy of property flyers
- Creation and accuracy of information appearing on Company website (fed from VTS)
- Coordination of photography, videography, etc. as needed
- Maintain inventory and accuracy of LOD (Lease Outline Drawing) / site plans
- CoStar (or any additional listing services)
- Maintain inventory information and accuracy on VTS (View The Space) / Property Capsule
- Signage
- Be the lead point of contact for Property Management and vendors to order, update, and manage all for-lease signage
- Order and oversee custom or special signage for properties that become available to lease
- Manage process of custom door / window graphics for leasing (such as "coming soon" signage) by working with the Marketing Department / graphic designers on layout, ordering from vendors, and oversee the installation
- In coordination with Property Managers, maintain inventory of pylon content / fulfill requests for pylon exhibits
- E-mail Blasts
- Work with Leasing Team to create calendar of requested Company e-blasts for portfolio leasing
- Work with graphic designer(s) to create new designs or edit existing designs
- Manage leasing team contact lists for Mailchimp account
- Research
- Conduct trade area research
- Create property maps, demographic research, traffic counts, headlines/news search
- Track and research visitor data via Placer.ai (or similar service)
- Conduct trade area research
- Miscellaneous
- Support leasing team (catering, tenant appreciation, gifts, specialty presentations, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; personality, attitude, and work ethic are equally important
- 3-5 years professional experience
- Outgoing and affable personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to "see the big picture"
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and every-changing environment
- Punctual and reliable, with excellent time management skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Some previous AA/Marketing experience required, commercial real estate background a real plus
Software Proficiency:
- VTS / Property Capsule
- CoStar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Working knowledge of Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with e-blast software (Mailchimp)
Company offers a salary to $72K, based on skills and experience, and excellent company paid benefits including family coverage. Additional benefits include 401k with excellent company matching, free parking, generous PTO plan and more.
Although the Company prefers that you work in-office, after 6 months of employment, they will allow you to work from home 2 days a week.
