Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Executes all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy for the Logistics Center
- Investigates LC bin location stocking levels and reports discrepancies in material or count
- Investigates inventory discrepancies and takes appropriate corrective action
- Reconciles stock levels when necessary to maintain real-time accuracy
- Managers non-pristine product process for damages, out-of-code, unsellable, and obsolete stock
- Inputs data into WMS, business programs, and reporting tools
- Researches problem orders, returns, moves, adjustments, and receipts using WMS
- Audits various LC processes to determine compliance with standard procedures
- Collects detailed reports and statistics on audit tracking and performance measurements
- Maintains WMS productivity tools for slotting, pick path, and warehouse configuration settings
- Operates MHE to inspect and move product as necessary to achieve the above tasks
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 year experience using SAP for inventory management is required.
- A minimum of 5 year work experience in Warehouse Operations is required.
- Abilities to use Microsoft Word and Outlook are required; Excel is a preference.
- Experience developing and presenting formal presentations to senior leadership is desirable.

Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some knowledge of warehouse software as well as business software and basic Windows functions, e.g. SAP, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
