Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Inventory Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records.
Inventory Management
- Receive, count, record incoming inventory.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Document and catalog customer orders and inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory for customer storage.
- Audit outgoing orders for accuracy and discrepancies.
Data Analysis
- Enter inventory data into CORE.
- Generate and audit inventory reports
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Quality Control
- Inspect incoming inventory for damage or defects.
- Communicate discrepancies to appropriate team members.
- Maintain integrity of data and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
- Forklift certification and experience a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Schedule and Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours a week.
- Hours: 7 am – 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
