You'll engage with prospective tenants, showcase units, and facilitate the leasing process to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective tenants, provide information about available units, and conduct property tours.
2. Assist with lease negotiations, tenant screenings, and lease administration.
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
4. Foster positive tenant relationships and address inquiries and maintenance requests promptly.
5. Stay informed about local market trends to optimize property occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Previous customer service or real estate experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
