Leasing Agent
Sundance Property Management is currently seeking a Leasing Agent in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, you will service our Sycamore Square.

Pay: $15.00/hour + commission

Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective and current residents
• Ensure appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are acceptable for showing
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Accept and complete required application information from prospective residents
• Create all lease documents
• Maintain and update Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Assist Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
• Help Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or assistant
• High school diploma or GED
• Travel between work sites required
• Valid driver's license required
