Leasing Agent

Currently searching for a self-motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to work for apartment community. We need an to assist in generating traffic, tour guests, provide customer service and close sales.

Offering excellent hourly rate plus commissions!

This individual should have previous Property Management experience, be professional, energetic and have strong marketing skills to help make our community successful. Someone who is motivated by providing superior customer service, strong sales and leasing experience and has ability to remain organized.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the leasing process, including application review, lease preparation, and move-in coordination

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information and lease agreements

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions

Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Utilize customer relationship management software to track leads and follow up with potential tenants

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting unit inspections

Requirements:

Previous experience in Property Management, Leasing or Customer Service preferred

Strong communication skills

Proficient in data entry and file management

Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance processes

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
