Redwood Real Estate Group, a multi-generational real estate owner, operator, and developer, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties across New York, New Jersey, & Pennsylvania, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. With a diverse portfolio encompassing numerous properties and commercial spaces, we are experiencing substantial growth through development and acquisition.

As a Leasing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and residents. This position requires a motivated, organized individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate effectively with prospective tenants to showcase available properties.
• Coordinate and conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities.
• Asisst in maintaining the accuracy and appeal of online property listings and social media platforms.
• Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for residents, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication with property manager and maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to support administrative tasks and ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to uphold property appearance and prepare vacant units for occupancy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to navigate property grounds, including stairs, and conduct tours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn property management software (e.g., Appfolio).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
