Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will ensure properties are maintained effectively, market properties and screen prospective tenants. The successful hire will preserve favorable relations with tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office and portray a positive image of the company in their activities. The Leasing Agent will oversee and coordinate the orientation of new tenants and assist with performing office and clerical tasks.
The successful hire will be a proficient multitasker, organized and have strong interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tour in-person and virtual prospects.
- Process applications and execute leases.
- Assess market trends and conduct market comp reports.
- Analyze marketing metrics and assist in implementing marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and participate in community events.
- Conduct move-in walks to ensure apartments are in move in condition.
- Conduct rent ready walks to ensure apartments are ready for in person tours.
- Maintain office supplies, organization, and cleanliness. Responsible for ensuring all leasing materials are available.
- Manage prospect log, daily.
- Conduct move-out inspections.
- Address negative online reviews and pushing for positive reviews.
- Address resident questions and concerns. Manage and respond to phone calls and voicemails.
- Manage and respond for leasing email.
- Communicate directly with Property Manager and Leasing Manager on property needs.
- Other duties assigned as appropriate. Job responsibilities are not limited to the above outlined and are subject to change at management’s discretion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales ability to critically understand market and demographic trends.
- Highly self-motivated individual, able to work independently.
- Team oriented and able to collaborate with team members to realize greater organizational goals.
- Ability to effectively gather, analyze, and summarize information on market conditions and trends.
- Familiarity with Yardi is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
