Job Description
- Inform the Community Manager of the Rental Application results from the resident screening company and notify the applicant of results as directed by the Community Manager.
- Create new resident files. Type new Rental Agreements and complete all other applicable paperwork associated with new residents.
- Perform move-in inspections when requested to do so.
- Collect and record rents and work orders accurately, when requested to do so.
- Assist with all paper work and special projects when requested to do so.
- Ensure that Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity Employment, and Landlord Tenant laws are practiced.
- Be familiar with all marketing aspects of the property including full knowledge of all available units, their current condition, rent rates and available move-in date.
- Create a list of all community, property and unit benefits to be used as a marketing tool.
- Have full knowledge of all available property policies regarding deposit amounts, rental agreements and restrictions.
- Conduct a complete rental market comparison of the competition on a monthly basis to be used as a marketing tool with prospective residents.
- Maintain an accurate Traffic Log form on a daily basis.
- Inspect the Model/Vacant units daily to ensure optimum show able condition.
- Verify that all rental applications are filled out properly, signed, and processed in a timely manner.
- Use all available marketing tools (flyers, brochures, referral coupons, periodical ads, etc.). Have prospective residents complete “Welcome Cards” and use as a list for weekly “call backs”.
- Market property to local businesses when requested to do so.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Appfolio: 1 year (Preferred)
