Essential Functions
- Observe and follow all safety policies, wear and maintain all required PPE
- Maintain all issued equipment in clean and proper working condition (computer, tools, etc.)
- Gauge all oil and water tank levels
- Read and record all necessary meter readings
- Circulate tank bottoms as needed
- Maintain all circulating and transfer equipment in proper working condition
- Maintain Heater, Separator, water knock outs, and other pressure vessels to company standards
- Maintain all pumping units, guards, and well heads to company standards
- Visually inspect Surface equipment daily for defects, leaks, neatness, and damage
- Make arrangements for oil and water hauling without delay
- Shake out each load of oil and fill out tolerance tickets
- Must report daily well tests each day before leaving the field
- Enter all data into company computer in a proper and timely manner
- Maintain tubing and casing pressures at optimum performance pressures (replacing balls and seats and chokes as needed)
- Monitor and set runtime on pumping units for optimum well performance (timers, if equipped)
- Maintain any compressors, artificial lift, gas lift, submersible pumps, flowing, injection or rod pump units to company standards
- Communicate between regular and relief pumpers on rotations in written form
- Ability to pass Endeavor Fit Duty Test
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one (1) year of Lease Operator experience preferred
- Maintain valid Texas driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
