SalaryLEASE OPERATOR
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lease Operator to join our team in Pecos County, Texas. As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas wells. This role requires knowledge of drilling operations, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily Production Reporting, including Downtime and Failures
- Conducting Well Tests
- Maintenance and Inspections of Equipment, Facilities, and Well Sites
- Adherence to All Safety Protocols Including Chemical Use and Storage
- Attending to Call Outs and Work Overs
- Operation of Company Vehicles and Equipment
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Basic Working Knowledge of Production Equipment and Facilities
- Working Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and Mobile Apps
- Ability to Drive and Work in Extreme Conditions
- Valid Driver License Required
- Availability for Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays (8 to 12-hour shifts/overtime eligible)
- Team Player
- Reliable, Self-Starter Requiring Minimal Supervision
