SalaryWe are searching for a Pumper/Lease Operator in the following region:
Regions: Permian ( Pecox, TX )
Pay: $400 per day
Job Type: 1099
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off
Pumper/Lease Operator:
- Conduct daily pumper runs to monitor gauges, enhance production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and maintain site integrity.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment and site facilities.
- Input accurate daily production data.
- Coordinate with haulers to ensure timely removal of produced fluids from lease sites.
- Verify the precision of gauges, tests, and run tickets conducted by purchasers.
- Adhere to Safety and Environmental Compliance Standards.
Pumper/Lease Operator Qualifications:
- Must have gas lift and rod pump experience
- Working knowledge of mechanical applications
- Basic understanding of plunger lift operations and optimization is critical for success in this lease operator role
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently with little supervision
- Basic math skills
- Safety-conscious
- Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Able to react to potentially dangerous situations quickly and appropriately.
- Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, have visual acuity, hearing and speaking.
- Able to climb 15 foot high ladders and stairwells.
- Able to work in hot and cold weather.
