Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to negotiate with both landlords and tenants, and strong knowledge of the rent stabilization law
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing administration in New York City
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Rent Manager property management software

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of lease renewals with landlords, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and ensuring timely execution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leases, lease renewals, and tenant communication
Communicate with tenants to negotiate rent increases and resolve any issues or concerns including rent collection and litigation
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the rent stabilization law
Maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and brokers
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, including projections for rent increases
Prepare reports and provide data analysis as needed
Understand market trends and provide comparable apartment rents to justify rents

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)
