We are searching for a Learning Management Systems Specialist - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will supports the execution of learning technology strategy, focusing on optimizing and enhancing the learner experience. Provides administrative support for Learning Management System (LMS) i.e., Voyager, by creating and updating training resources, responding to system inquiries, and ensuring the database maintained. Ensures the integrity of the system and the content housed through ongoing monitoring and implementation of the LMS Governance and Learning Level Guidelines. Supports the Learning team's technology-based tools and initiatives (i.e. request form, website, communication platforms, vendor licenses and costs).

Responsibilities:
- Ensures the integrity of the Learning Management System and the content housed there through ongoing monitoring and implementation of the LMS Governance and Learning Level Guidelines.
- Partners with Learning/Leadership Consultants and Technology Instructional Designer to upload, update, and maintain course offerings within the LMS.
- Provides consultation to team members, leaders, and stakeholders regarding LMS functionality (curriculums, pre-reqs, equivalency).
- Provides consultation to team members, leaders, and stakeholders regarding Learning Technology virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom).
- Creates and updates job aides as needed.
- Implements training and provides support to leaders and team members across the organization for the LMS.
- Monitors and keeps content of all learning technology websites and communication tools (Request Form, Yammer, Teams, Email, etc.) up to date and ensuring functionality is effective and efficient.
- Ensures technology contracts, licenses, and costs are managed and appropriate charge backs are processed for license appropriated for other functional areas.
- Other duties as assigned in support of the LMS, Department, and/or Human Recourses.
- Knowledge of Oracle LMS or other Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children's, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
- Associate's Degree required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Microsoft, Learning Management System certifications preferred
- 3 years experience required in support of an information system, preferably within Human Resources.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.) preferred
