iSphere, a leading IT consulting company in Houston, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CAD/RMS System Manager to join our client on a full-time opportunity. As a REMOTE PremierOne (P1) CAD/RMS System Manager, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by our customer related to their P1 CAD/RMS system. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on public safety operations.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers related to CAD/RMS system.
- Gather logs and error reports to diagnose and resolve reported issues promptly.
- Create tickets and escalate as necessary to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Solutions in Oakland.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Public safety experience as an end user or administrator (Former law enforcement, firefighter, or dispatcher).
- Experience with PremierOne (P1) CAD/RMS.
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of IT or public safety experience (Preferred).
- Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by the government customer.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
