Affordable Housing Property Management Company office located in Springfield Missouri is looking to add to our ever-growing corporate team.
Position:
Leadership Support Technician (LST). The LST is responsible for providing support to leadership, properties, and corporate as requested through special assignments, property statistics analysis, document completion, and a variation of activities with agency or HRMS requirements.
The position receives guidance and direction from the Risk Management Coordinator and Executive Leadership Team.
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, Salaried Position.

Requirements:
- Professional experience in Affordable Housing Property Management, working in a variety of Missouri programs, i.e. – LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, Etc….
- Working knowledge of State Agency Program & Reporting Regulations with preferred experience in qualifying file compliance, exhibit completions, system facilitation and updating, including but not limited to: AMRS, COL, MINC, TRACS
- Strong skillset in all aspects of property management operations; including, but not limited to: Rent Collection, Recertification Processes, Marketing, Resident Retention, Vendor Correlation, Occupancy Standards
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Suite, including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, Email, Teams
- Ability to self-educate and learn from verbal, written, and virtual training
- Willingness to travel, on average 10% of schedule for training and corporate meeting needs.
