Talent Pool: Allied Health
Program Implementation - Directs parents and children in all program activities including gym classes, camps, birthday parties, etc. Assures the safety of all participants. Interacts with parents regarding the progress of their children and recommends courses for advancement.
Equipment Setup - Responsible for Gym equipment setup and safety. Gym equipment layout will change week-to-week, and class-to-class.
Managerial / Supervisory - Supervises Attendants working within the Facilitated Play area. Aids the Coordinator in training Attendants on program duties. Informs the Facilitated Play Coordinator of the status of the children, parents, program, staff, activities, supplies, operations, and other significant events. Aids the Coordinator with their duties on an ?as-needed? basis.
Administrative - Ensures the sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of the Gym and Storage Room. Takes care of facilitated play scheduling, registrations, waiting lists, etc. Makes contact with any families who do not make their scheduled class to schedule a make-up class. Is able to sell the program and register new customers.
Reception - Acknowledges and demonstrates a willingness to assist everyone who enters, calls, or emails the Facilitated Play area. Is able to effectively discuss and sell all facilitated play programs and events. Ensures that the Reception desk and room are kept in a clean and orderly fashion.
EDUCATION:Required
High School Diploma
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Parks and Recreation, Education, Business Administration, Physical Education, Exercise Science Communication, Leisure Services, or other related fields.
EXPERIENCE:Required
One year experience in children?s class instruction.

Background in Dance, Gymnastics, or Theater
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:Required
CPR/AED & First Aid Certified; Current Certification in the Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction (USA Gymnastics course U100)
