Meet the team:
The Contracting Strategy and Operations team is a mighty group! We provide strategic insights and enhance operational capabilities to realize channel, commercial and government market access opportunities. By collaborating with internal and external business partners, we ensure that agreements meet strategic objectives, center on customer value, are operationally efficient, and balance risk. In this role, your focus will be on data and analytics, providing leadership and coordination on gross-to-net accruals, KPIs, auditing, and post-deal/ROI analysis.
Where you come in
  • Leads timely and accurate administration of accruals to support gross-to-net operations, including managed care/pharmacy, wholesaler, retail, and government rebate programs.
  • Develops and communicates department wide KPIs, contracting analytics, and strategic insights to executive leadership team.
  • Uses broad industry knowledge to troubleshoot cross-functional issues and process improvements relating to contracting and rebates operations.
  • Leads on-going customer audits while partnering with both Internal Auditing Team and External Auditors
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Pricing, Account Executives, Forecasting/Analytics, Commercial Operations, and our customers.
  • Supports ad-hoc projects that drive efficiency and scalability, including rebate and chargeback administration and validation solutions.
  • This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

What makes you successful:
  • Expert user of Excel (e.g. complex pivots, index matching, lookups, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Revenue Management System (rebates, fees, chargebacks), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Desire to be the Team Lead on reporting and analytics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of medical device and/or pharmaceuticals, plus familiarity with reimbursement practices and price administration.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and successes.
  • Experienced in fast-paced, matrix environments that require you to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present compelling arguments to a variety of audiences.
  • Model N or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
