Role Overview:
- The Corporate Strategy team focuses on
- Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture (JV) deals, and partnerships for CSG
- Long range strategic planning activities (long range plan, capital structure, shareholder, value creation)
- As a Strategic FinanceSenior Associate in Corporate Strategy, you'll support the long-term vision and direction of the organization
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, operations, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Long Range Strategic Plan: Develop, maintain, and adapt the long range strategic plan to support key capital structure, spend, and value creation decisions for the executive leadership team
- Financial Due Diligence: Drive the financial analysis components of the due diligence process (ARR, TCV / ACV bookings, contract lengths, gross / net retention rates, customer overlap and churn, etc.)
- Analyzing Prospects: Gather and synthesize key financial and operational information about potential acquisition opportunities to help inform the M&A pipeline
