• ResponsibilitiesResponsible for salesforce development related to Roll by ADP and Digital Essentials RUN Bundle. Partners with other parts of the business to deliver CRM and Marketing Cloud updates through his development efforts. Assist in optimizing our investment in Salesforce Service Cloud, balancing business needs with technical complexity. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle working alongside our business, development, and user experience teams in a highly-collaborative environment. Work on leading edge of technology, including Einstein AI, User Experience design using Communities, and integrations through Mulesoft. Involved in system-level design and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions. Serve as a member of an Agile team to deliver new features and capabilities, while being accountable for delivery of commitments throughout the iteration. Participate in requirements gathering, design sessions, object-oriented design and development, and Salesforce development using Lightning, Apex or VisualForce

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field of study and 5 years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 3 years of related experience
• Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Salesforce development within Service Cloud (CRM) and Marketing Cloud; Einstein AI, User Experience design using Communities, and integrations through Mulesoft; System-level design and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions; Requirements gathering, design sessions, object-oriented design and development, and Salesforce development using Lightning, Apex or VisualForce; Oversee scrum and sprint planning process to gather business use cases and prioritize stories for the sprint; Design, develop, test and deploy user stories in salesforce and salesforce marketing cloud; Testing new releases; Conducting code reviews; Application troubleshooting and debugging, and ability to help colleagues in solving technical challenges; Connecting Salesforce to other reporting systems, including data studio, AWS QuickSight and Tableau; and Building and configuring applications

The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary Range: $134,233 to $210,200 / year
