Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer at Tandigm Health, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of our industry-leading software solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to drive the technical direction of projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Full Stack Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance the front-end and back-end components of our software applications. Collaborate with the product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Lead the development team by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in software design, architecture, and development processes.
• Innovative Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Take ownership of code quality and work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high standards of software testing and continuous integration.
• Technology Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the industry. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and approaches that can enhance the efficiency and performance of our software products.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor and coach for junior engineers, providing support, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to foster their professional growth and development.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of programming languages and technologies, such as but not limited to: Front-end: JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), HTML, CSS/SASS;  Back-end: Node.js, Python, C#, Java, or similar;  Databases: SQL (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake);  Cloud Services: Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Architecture and Design: Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose creative solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities in guiding and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment and familiarity with associated tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure devops).
