Lead SAP CRM Developer

Location: Anywhere in the U.S. 

We are looking for a Lead SAP CRM Developer to join our team and help us deliver innovative and high-quality solutions . As a Lead SAP CRM Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and supporting SAP technical enhancements and integrating modules of SAP and external systems to meet business and user requirements. You will also coordinate with different business and functional teams, review developments delivered by partner teams, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with different business teams and functional teams to obtain requirements and document solutions, which are in line with the current global template.
• Review developments delivered by partner teams and ensure quality and consistency.
• Provide strong SAP CRM middleware troubleshooting, and middleware customizing and enhancing experience.
• Support and implement SAP CRM solutions, including CRM Web UI, BOL and GENIL Programming, One Order concept, AET, User Exits and BADIs implementation.
• Apply good understanding of object oriented programming, MVC and data modelling concepts to optimize and enhance SAP CRM solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, users and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in SAP CRM technical consulting, development and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM middleware, CRM Web UI, BOL and GENIL Programming, One Order concept, AET, User Exits and BADIs.
• Good understanding of object oriented programming, MVC and data modelling concepts.
• Experience in integrating SAP CRM with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum Salary: $120,000.00

Maximum Salary:$189,750.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $120,000.00 and $189,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
