Lead Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Associate to join our team. As a Lead Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding performance
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling and assigning tasks to associates
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase market share
- Conduct budgeting activities and monitor expenses to meet financial goals
- Recruit, train, and develop new associates to maintain a high-performing team
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proficient in inventory management and control procedures
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of training and development techniques

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
