A member of the Next Steps Team oversees the multiple forms of campus communication, social media management and new guest engagement for a cluster of Sandals Church campuses. They will focus on different ways to engage and help people take the Next Steps at Sandals Church.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete first-time guest engagement.
Oversee multiple forms of campus communication.
Manage the campus social media accounts.
Track metrics for campus engagement.
Manage process queues for campuses.
Develop and oversee a volunteer engagement team.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Pay Range: $17-$21 per hour.
We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure, and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
