Job Description: Lead Mobile App Developer

Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Lead Mobile App Developer to lead our mobile development team and drive the creation of innovative and high-quality Mobile Applications. As a Lead Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for the entire Mobile App development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of Mobile App Developers, providing technical guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Technical Leadership:Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable Mobile Applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the development process.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.

Mobile App Development:Oversee the end-to-end development of Mobile Applications, including UI/UX design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of Mobile Applications.

Technical Strategy:Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategy for Mobile App development.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the development process and improve efficiency.

Project Management:Work closely with project managers to plan and prioritize Mobile App development tasks.
Provide accurate and timely progress updates, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce best practices for Mobile App testing, code quality, and deployment.
Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free Mobile Applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer, with a focus on leadership and team management.
• Proficient in Mobile App development for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks and languages, such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
• Experience with Mobile App architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certification in Mobile App Development.
• Previous experience in a lead or managerial role.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in mobile technology.
