As a Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Mobile Applications that align with our marketing goals and objectives. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and benefits package. This job is NOT remote.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive annual salary in the range of $50,000 to $70,000, based on experience and qualifications. The salary will be paid biweekly. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match, paid time off, and opportunities for career development and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Mobile Applications that meet the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and implement design and functionality requirements
- Translate UX/UI designs into user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing Mobile Applications
- Write clean and efficient code, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Integrate data and API's into the Mobile Applications
- Ensure the security and scalability of the applications
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to continually improve the Mobile Applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mobile App development
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Swift, or Objective-C
- Strong understanding of Mobile Application design principles, best practices, and user experience
- Experience with popular mobile development frameworks (e.g. React Native, Flutter)
- Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience with UI/UX design and graphic design is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
