Compensation: $20.00 per hour + Commission
Signing Bonus: $300 bonus after 90 days of employment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer to talk to homeowners about our 5 Star Roofing services. As a direct marketer, you will be responsible for approaching homeowners door-to-door and scheduling them with a FREE roof inspection. We may also require you to communicate our products first-hand and attend events, such as home shows and expos, where our product(s) will be displayed.
We specialize in hail damage repair. We knock on doors in areas that have been affected by hail and set homeowners up with free inspections. We help homeowners get new roofs paid for by their insurance carriers.
At Ideal Roofing and Solar, you have tons of room for growth and development. As a Lead Appointment Generator, you can grow in your position within the first 2-4 months. We provide opportunities for representatives to move into a sales position which would provide compensation from 60K - 150K based on performance and benefits (Health, Vision, Dental).
To ensure success as a Lead Appointment Generator, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to grow, and the ability to provide information on our company's products/services. Ultimately, a top-notch Lead Appointment Generator is someone who can intimately relate to people face-to-face and sell the company products or ideas without coming across as aggressive.

Responsibilities:
-Delivering pitch to homeowners to generate leads for the sales team
-Work a minimum of 20 hours a week

-Provide knowledge of products and services
-Maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications and Skills:
-Previous experience is not required but preferable in customer service, sales, or other related fields
-Valid driver's license
-Applicants must have reliable transportation
-Interpersonal communication skills
