Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote Good Sam Extended Service Plan by making around 75-150 outbound calls per day with a goal of 20 transfers to available sales staff per day. (Lead is expected to perform at 50% of agents as it is recognized much time will be spent leading the team)
- Qualifying leads based off of requirements prior to transferring to the sales staff.
Leadership responsibilities:
- Help drive the team to achieve conversion goals
- Performance reviews with Team members: provide ongoing sales coaching with documentation and mentoring to help team members meet and exceed KPIs.
- Manage team members' performance: address performance issues, and recognize outstanding performance.
- Mentor, coach, and train the team towards being more effective salespeople. Provide ongoing sales training to team members, including providing sales tools , quote conversion, and customer retention strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent: some college or college degree preferred.
- Previous team lead, management, or supervisor experience required
- At least one year of Lead Generation, sales, and/or call center experience preferred.
- Outbound calling experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication experience with active listening skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential.
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
- Self-reliant and reliable.
Compensation:
$20/hr with potential to earn commission averaging yearly salary $75,000+

- This role is expected to be in office 100% during the first 4 months of employment. After successful completion and satisfactory performance there is more flexibilityto work from home.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday -- Friday; 7:00 a.m. -- 7:00 p.m.
- Saturdays -- 8:00 a.m. -- 12:00 p.m.
Special Notes:
- This position may require varied work schedules which may include Saturdays
