Appointment Setter Position:
As a SimpleFlow Appointment Setter, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition helping homeowners get rid of their expensive dirty power bill, and transitioning them to clean solar energy courtesy of SimpleFlow.
Your primary day-to-day activities include direct homeowner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting through an auto-dialer & setting quality in-home appointments.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various communication channels, including calls, emails, and texts, to assess lead validity and potential.
Engage in outbound calls to schedule appointments.
Represent SimpleFlow Solar with distinction in all interactions.
Master the use of CRM tools and other necessary resources.
Become a skilled Appointment Setter with comprehensive product knowledge.
Set high-quality appointments that sell.
Compensation:
Weekly base pay plus commissions based on installations
Must meet standard quota for Appointment Setters: 4 sales per month
Potential for a six-figure annual income, although not guaranteed
Independent contractor (1099)

Proficient in outbound call center experience.
