Demand & Lead Generation Manager
Clix is an internet marketing and web design agency with roots in St. Louis, MO. We specialize in comprehensive digital marketing strategies for businesses around the world. SEO, PPC, website design and development, content management, marketing automation, and other capabilities need to work together for our efforts and client partnerships to be successful (and “success” to us isn’t limited to keyword rankings or traffic volume). We are searching for an experienced and efficient digital marketing leader skilled in developing and overseeing the implementation and iteration of scalable, effective demand-generation and traffic-driving programs (e.g. SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic, etc.) based on industry and account objectives. The ideal candidate for this position is objective- and team-oriented. She/he will oversee and manage the development and overall performance of Clix's demand and Lead Generation team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the execution of short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns emphasizing demand and Lead Generation
- Collaborate with peers to promote campaign strategies that stretch across multiple channels and levels of the digital marketing funnel
- Lead department’s prioritization and execution of campaign-related responsibilities with clear qualitative, quantitative (KPI), and deadline-oriented expectations
- Monitor and optimize campaigns alongside peers and your department
- Efficiently manage recruiting (as needed), staff development (i.e. competencies, skills), external partners in collaboration with Director of Digital Marketing and division’s priorities
- Iterate through recurring service line programs and their processes with the intent to optimize them for both client and internal experiences and evolving needs (e.g. relating to SEO, its onboarding, iterative process, offboarding); collaborate as needed with other divisions
- Support the client services and sales teams by enabling business growth through planning campaign road maps, budget planning, building case studies, and creating other critical resources
- Stay up to date on industry trends and always demonstrate strong strategic and tactical awareness of and ability across key channels, especially at the top of the digital marketing funnel
- Proactively and reactively support the client services and sales divisions as needed
- Provide ongoing internal and external thought leadership
- Leverage AI to optimize your team's efforts
- Other relevant responsibilities as needed
Ideal Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience working within top-of-funnel digital marketing campaigns; proven track record of leading effective inbound marketing campaigns
- Growing expert of top-of-funnel marketing tactics (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Media, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, agency-level reporting dashboards, and CRMs
- Significant experience collaborating with internal teams as well as client communication
