NUS Consulting is looking for a high achieving Lead Generation Specialist to join our expanding Business Development team who will function as an inside sales representative. This person will contact prospective clients to introduce NUS products and services and generate qualified appointments for Business Development managers. You will produce new business pipeline in mid to large size enterprises and ensure the prospective client meets lead quality parameters while achieving daily production quotas pertaining to dials, leads and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients, generates leads and sets meetings for the appropriate Business Development manager to meet expected levels of production.
- Track daily production and expected weekly/monthly performance in order to meet call, lead and appointment quotas.
- Cold call potential prospects, keeps records of calls and documents useful information.
- Understand and maintain an organized database of prospective clients by accurately documenting phone calls and emails as trained by management.
- Understand and articulate NUS's energy management and sustainability service solutions.
- Helps develop, improve, and effectively presents approved telemarketing processes and scripts to prospects.
- Utilize NUS's sales CRM system, documenting and updating daily activities
- Achieve assigned sales appointment targets, minimizing no-show appointments.
- Prepare for and actively participate in department meetings, team meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications - To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A creative and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with telemarketing, Lead Generation, or cold calling
- General understanding of energy management and sustainability service offerings.
- Ability to differentiate yourself to customers
- Associate's Degree (Preferred).
- 4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, and/or inside sales.
