Lead Engineer - Java Full Stack
Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire a Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer with solid experience developing and/or architecting large complex systems, running on Java/ Spring Boot Microservices framework, and experienced with front end frameworks such as AngularJS. Deep technical understanding across public cloud (AWS/Azure) desirable.

Location: Fort Worth - TX (Should work from customer office thrice a week)
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
• Able to play a Java Full Stack Engineer role - Senior Java FSE Developer
• Participant in all the project key stake holder meetings to understand the business requirements.
• As an individual contributor able to complete the assigned user stories in a given sprint.
• Capable enough to design the modules individually.
• Should participate in all the Agile ceremonies and capable enough to perform all the sprint level activities.
• Should own the end-to-end delivery of the assigned user stories/feature (development to deployment).
• Should have good communication skills in commuting between offshore and onsite customer stake holders.
Key Qualifications:
• 10+ years of development experience in
• Must have: Java, Angular, Java Script, J2EE Spring framework/ Spring boot, REST services,
• Devops engineering, Linux server, SQL server (Relational and unrelational), Microsoft Azure)
• Development using frameworks such as Junit 5, Karma, Jasmin and Mockito.
• Experience in DevOps tools such as GitHub actions, Jenkins, sonar cubes etc.
• Experience in Azure App service, Logic App, Azure functions etc., Kafka event streaming and Azure Event Hub etc.)
