We are currently seeking an exceptional Lead Product Development Engineer to spearhead projects focusing on customer-facing portals and integration solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing our order and buy flows, dashboards, care and development tools, through the integration of software development kits and APIs into third-party portals. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of customer-facing portals, focusing on order and buy flows, dashboards, care, and development tools.
  • Expertise in integrating SDKs and APIs into third-party portals, with a strong understanding of device operating systems, OAUTH, payment, and cloud solutions.
  • Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver end-to-end solutions, including in-depth assessments, modeling, prototyping, and lifecycle management.
  • Conduct product engineering tasks, such as design, development, documentation, and testing of network and system integrations.
  • Serve as a key consultant to clients/customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and delivering technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments (CSO, Legal, Privacy) to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Define and implement end-to-end testing strategies, providing leadership and oversight throughout the testing phases.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep technical knowledge within your discipline, with a basic understanding of other areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of developing new concepts and techniques.
  • Independence in setting objectives and approaches to projects, with the ability to lead multiple projects of varying sizes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of mentoring and providing technical guidance, while coordinating across multiple departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Math.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in technology development.
  • Proficiency in IT architecture, mobility networks, and software design and development.
  • Knowledge in transport network technology, including protocols, equipment, and services.
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Development & Testing, Project/Program Management, Quality Assurance, and Technical Acumen.
