Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CANMN) is currently hiring a Lead Direct Support Professional to provide services to people with disabilities in the Lino Lakes, MN area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Shift supervisor; managing medications, and writing monthly reports on outcomes.
- Implement and support individuals with disabilities with their outcomes, and summarize progress monthly on outcomes.
- Meal planning and grocery shopping.
- Offer direction and support to Direct Support Professionals.
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
- Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation, and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
- Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing positive support strategies with individuals with disabilities.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- High school degree, GED
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass DHS background study
- Required: experience and/or training with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Variety of 2-10 pm and 6-2 am shifts; every other weekend
Lead DSP: $20.00 hourly on Weekdays / $21.00 hourly on Weekends
