Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Conduct sales transactions and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Identify solutions to daily problems
- Create processes for productivity
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proven experience in Customer Service or sales role
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate team members
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Service Titan is a plus
