SalaryThe Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing support to several operational business units. The individual will be responsible for reviewing documents imaged by the Offshore DIS team for accuracy, providing document research, monitoring Captiva queues to ensure SLAs are met within the department, and Index documents that are in the Captiva Supervisor Queues. The individual will also be required to enter data into the imaging system including data entry of account number, document type, document classification, and indexing date for scanned images into the imaging system (Captiva/Documentum – (5% of the time) quality control for assigned Offshore users (90% of the time) and document research/corrections (5% of the time)

- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
- Executes given tasks timely and accurately
Pay Range:
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
