• Provide exceptional Customer Service via phone, email, and chat
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer issues
• Document customer interactions and accurately enter data into our CRM system
• Assist in monitoring and managing customer accounts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate customer records
