Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Customer Service via phone, email, and chat
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer issues
- Document customer interactions and accurately enter data into our CRM system
- Assist in monitoring and managing customer accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate customer records
