Position Overview:
As a Lead Coordinator, you are pivotal in bridging the gap between our sales teams, customers, and technical staff. Your responsibilities include setting up new accounts and ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our company. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. If you are a team player with a knack for coordination and a passion for sales, we would love to have you on board as our Lead Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Setup: You will be responsible for the initial setup of new customer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and processed.
- Outbound Calls: Part of your role includes making a large number of outbound calls to customers. This could be for scheduling estimates, arranging sales presentations, or following up on inquiries.
- Maintaining the Leadline Process: You'll oversee our Leadline process, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively to generate and track leads.
- Sales Route Maintenance: You will be tasked with maintaining assigned sales routes, ensuring they are accurate and align with our established processes.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with your team is vital to ensure all daily tasks and objectives are met, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Prolonged Sitting: This role involves extended periods of sitting. The individual should be comfortable remaining seated most of the workday, often while working on a computer or completing other desk-based tasks.
- Phone Usage: The candidate should be comfortable with extensive phone usage for communication with clients, team members, or other stakeholders.
- Lifting Ability: The position occasionally requires lifting objects weighing 20-25 pounds. This may involve moving office supplies, files, or other materials as needed.
- Office Machinery Operation: Proficiency in using general office machinery is essential. This includes familiarity with printers, copiers, fax machines, and other standard office equipment.
