The Lead Project Change Controls Analyst. This is a full-time position working with the Project Teams assisting with coordinating, organizing, and securing Change Control documents and logs. This is a remote position.
- Change Order and Request for Information (“RFI”) management.
- Support in assessing, developing, and implementing project Change Controls procedures.
- Lead Project Team with change documents for completeness and accuracy; assist in maintaining and managing logs; organize and track documents going through the approval process; make sure approved forms are gathered and filed appropriately.
- Interact on behalf of the Project Team gathering data and preparation of supporting documentation during both Engineering and Construction phases of a project.
- Lead team by setting processes and procedures.
- Should be able to present status of the change orders to various stakeholders.
- BA/BS Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years prior work change order management experience.
- Full project life cycle (engineering, design, and construction) change order experience
- Ability to develop processes and procedures around change orders.
- Basic knowledge of cost tools, procedures, and processes.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work with details.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel.

The Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000.The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
