We are seeking a key player on our team to help us continue to grow our Compliance Advisory Program (CAP) and expand our product line as we grow into 2024 and beyond. This role is 100% remote and will involve:
-Organizing, coordinating, and answering compliance questions from our agency clients
-Running Compliance Check-ups with our CAP agencies and their employer clients
-Creating compliance presentations, white papers, and other materials on a variety of compliance topics
-Presenting on a variety of compliance-related topics to clients and prospects
-Creating social media content, including posts, presentations, and video posts for BCS
-Ideating and implementing new and unique ways to add value to our agency clients
-Providing input and feedback on agency and employer-facing tools we’re creating
The right fit for this role will be a seasoned expert in all things group Benefits Compliance, preferably with experience in leading compliance efforts for a medium-to-large-sized agency or compliance vendor. They must be self-led and driven. BCS is growing and this is a key position that will likely lead to leading multiple team members as we continue to grow. Our core values are:

This position is Full-Time, benefits are negotiable. Salary ranges from $90,000-$125,000, based on experience
