Compliance Consultant/Trainer (Part-time)

Territory: Springfield/Eugene, OR Area (APPLICANT MUST BE LOCATED IN THIS AREA TO BE CONSIDERED)

At HCA, we give on-site and virtual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control presentations to Oregon's local medical and dental practices. We have over two decades of experience and are committed to helping dental providers establish and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities:

- MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GRANTS PASS, OREGON AREA (EMPLOYEES CONDUCT TRAININGS ON-SITE)

- Deliver engaging and informative HCA-created PowerPoint presentations to clients, on-site or virtually (presentations are created by management).

- Schedule and confirm training appointments with clients.

- Provide prompt support to client inquiries via email and phone, building solid relationships and trust.

- Research compliance rules to stay updated and well-informed.

- Participate in team meetings.

- Input information and maintain client data and schedules in specific apps.

- Be a "rule follower" with a strong sense of integrity when advising healthcare offices on compliance.

- Follow our carefully crafted standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

- Applicants must have a strong background in working in the dental field, including a comprehensive understanding of terminology and safety protocols.

- Background in public speaking preferred

- Reliable vehicle for traveling to client sites and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.

- Laptop with Windows that has sufficient storage capacity to handle business programs

- Color printer

- Tech-savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new programs.

- Ability to work unsupervised, complete tasks while meeting deadlines, and be a great communicator.
