Job DescriptionWe are looking for a management consultant to join our team permanently as a LEAD ASSOCIATE.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Identify the scope and oversee projects of varying degrees and complexity including managing small teams of consultants
- Design analytic models and provide guidance to project team members to build such models
- Develop insights and findings from a variety of models and analytics; craft strategic stories to be presented to client executives
- Develop, train and mentor junior staff members to be capable successors in the practice
- Support the business development efforts of the senior Managing Directors and Principals by assisting with proposal and contract writing
- Support the development of one or more streams of intellectual capital and methodology development within the division
- Write and contribute to the publishing of articles and reports that position and establish the firm as a thought leader
- Participate in planning and firm management activities including recruiting, performance management and infrastructure development.
Candidates should have the following background, skills and characteristics:
- 2-3 years experience as a management consultant, preferably in either a major strategy firm or one of the major process and technology firms; or 2+ years in retail or commercial banking, brokerage, wealth management, or consumer lending in an internal consulting or project management capacity
- Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to interpret complex analytics
- Experience developing and training staff in core consulting project management capabilities
- Strong verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on effective story telling and logical presentation
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelors degree required; masters or MBA preferred
Base Salary Range: $94,500 - $105,000 (bonus potential)
Curinos operates under a hybrid modality. This individual may work from the Chicago, or New York City office and is expected be in the office at least three days a week.
