We are looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused Lawn Care services to join our team asLawn Care Technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

Competitive Salary:
At Lawn Doctor of Bartlett you can expect:
- Pay is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience- Paid weekly
- Paid holidays
- Paid vacation
- Paid sick days
- Paid time off due to inclement weather
- Paid week vacation at Christmas
Responsibilities of a Lawn Care Technicians:
- Our Lawn Care Technicians take pride in keeping our clients' lawns healthy, green, and free of weeds.
- Diagnosing Lawn Care issues
- Spraying or applying granular applications to lawns
- Offering excellent customer service
Requirements:
TN Certification: Lawn Care Technicians are required to be certified by the TN Department of
Agriculture. We do not require that newly hired Lawn Care Technicians come in with this certification already completed.
- You will need to pass the Applicator certification test in the first 90 days of employment, but we do a
great job of preparing you and we pay for the exam!
- Good written and verbal skills, ability to operate machinery, be able to lift in excess of 50lbs.
- Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and a good attendance record.
