Law Office Assistant

Strong outgoing personality
Professional communications skills

Proficient in data entry and document management

Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong clerical skills, including filing, copying, scanning, faxing, mailing

Strong ethical work history

Work directly with managing attorney of many office tasks and issues

Ability to supervise others and coordinate tasks and duties for others

Hours 8:30 to 4:30 Monday - Thursday with an hour lunch required daily

Paid one week vacation after one year of service

Flexible schedule during holidays
