We are currently hiring an Office Services Associate to represent Forrest Solutions and our client, a legal firm in Downtown Indianapolis. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in a print production environment and office services within a corporate atmosphere.
As a Print Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our copy center. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively will contribute to the overall success of our team. SHIFT 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: Starting at $19 per hour
Location: One American Sq. Indianapolis, IN 46282
Job duties include but not limited to the following:
- Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by customer, including binding, hole punching, and stapling and non-technical maintenance of copiers.
- Provide copy and imaging services as requested by customer including electronic endorsement, PDF to Native and Native to PDF or TIFF
- Perform quality control checks on all output such as, images, files, and blowbacks.
- Provide quality reproduction of CD/DVD as requested by customer and/or part of an imaging request.
- Project management of both onsite work and work sent to offsite locations.
- Complete job tickets with minimal instructions
- Schedule individual jobs and determine which equipment should be used based on size and complexity.
- Troubleshoot jams and perform normal Key Operator preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels.
- Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommended technical direction.
- Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in high volume, production environment
- Know, understand and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times
- Assist other departments such as the Mail Center, Reception, Hospitality, and Records whenever necessary
Qualities/Skills:
- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word/Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Able to communicate effectively with various customer departments along with senior leadership to produce accurate output that meets and exceeds customer expectations
- Dependable and the ability to be flexible as assignments change frequently
- A strong work ethic and demonstrates maturity
- Employs integrity and honesty
Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our equipment and processes.
