Job Description:
We are seeking a Law Firm HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Legal Soft. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources aspects of the Law Firms we manage, which collectively employ 1500 staff. Additionally, you will have experience managing remote staff and organizing remote events. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the human resources operations of the Law Firms we manage, which collectively employ 1500 staff, to foster their growth.
- Optimize resource allocation to enhance productivity and ensure the efficient functioning of HR processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage HR budgets.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers to support HR initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the HR department.
- Ensure compliance with legal industry regulations, particularly those related to HR, and manage risk effectively.
- Lead and inspire our support staff, promoting excellence in HR practices.
- Monitor and enhance the recruitment, onboarding, and training of remote staff.
- Organize and oversee remote events and activities to maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Monitor client service delivery to ensure satisfaction and address HR-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management within the legal industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage HR operations.
- Analytical mindset for continuous process improvement.
- Proficiency in legal software and technology to streamline HR processes.
- Familiarity with legal industry regulations, especially those pertaining to HR practices.
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced legal environment, with the ability to manage remote staff effectively.
